Rush Hour Bites is a meal-prep company offering fresh Asian and African-inspired meals to assist in building a vigorous lifestyle and achieving your desired goals through healthy eating habits. We aim to bridge the gap between nutritious meal-prep and tasty home-cooked meals with the aim to eliminate any dull moments throughout the week.

Delivery days are Monday and Friday

Can you freeze the meals?

Yes, but for optimum flavour and quality we recommend you eat them fresh. Otherwise they can be frozen for up to one month
